Policies

*An automatic upfront $20 deposit will be required for every session outside of the travel radius. This fee will be deducted from your

final total.

*For every 20 miles outside of  the travel radius an additional $20 will be added to your total cost.

*If you need to cancel your session, please do so with more than 24 hour notice. 

*If you cancel the day of your appointment, this will result in the therapist receiving100% reimbursement for the session at your expense. 

*If you cancel  with less than 48 hour notice of your session, this may result in 50% reimbursement of your session.at your expense, after review. 

​*All minors under the age of 18 are to have parent/legal gaurdian submit a signed consent to treat minor waiver along with 2 forms proof of parental guardianship. I.E photo id, birth certificate and/or notarized copy of guardianship. As well as a completed and signed medical waiver.

Refunds

*Refunds of gift certificates are available after review and approval from company owner/operator minus a cancellation fee. Also if you have already paid for a service and the service provider needs to cancel the appointment at any time, you will be entitled to either full refund or rescheduling of said appointment.

*The company has a strict no refund policy of services rendered. 

*If at any point in time during the service the provider is made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable by you, they reserve the right to conclude services with no refund available to you.
